We offer services both to fill the stomach and to warm hearts and homes.
Our Mission is our passion:
“Serving as community trustees, we meet our neighbors’ basic human needs, and provide them with hope and tools to rise out of poverty.” FISH is a human services agency, organized as a tax exempt organization under IRS Section 501(c)3. We have been operational since the 1960s, and were formally incorporated in May 2001.

We are very proud that 92% of every dollar we spent in 2011 went towards direct client assistance, and that our 2012 audit will show a similar result, once the audit is completed. To see our complete 2011 audit or IRS Form 990, click here to go to our financial disclosure page, and make a choice from item #2.
Navigators Needed:We are recruiting Volunteers, who will work one-on-one with selected clients to help them overcome challenges that prevent them from achieving financial independence. All of the information can be found on this link to our Navigator page.
