Our Mission is our passion:

“Serving as community trustees, we meet our neighbors’ basic human needs, and provide them with hope and tools to rise out of poverty.”  FISH is a human services agency, organized as a tax exempt organization under IRS Section 501(c)3. We have been operational since the 1960s, and were formally incorporated in May 2001.

Navigators Needed:  We are recruiting Volunteers, who will work one-on-one with selected clients to help them overcome challenges that prevent them from achieving financial independence.  All of the information can be found on this link to our Navigator page.

Heart of Broomfield Awards:   Broomfield FISH is unique in having eight Heart of Broomfield Award winners deeply involved over the years.  Pictured below are: Mike Lutz [2010], Liz Law-Evans [2009], Karen Steele [2008], Erika C.
