Our Services
FISH provides a variety of family support services. Generally, we serve residents of Broomfield County who earn an annual income that is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. If you are interested in learning more or want to access services, please call 303-465-1600.
Food Security
FISH works closely with the CO Family Resource Center Association, six local grocery stores, Community Food Share, We Don’t Waste, and Conscious Alliance to prevent hunger with our cost-free, self-shop marketplace. We offer nutritious food while focusing on maintaining dignity and respect for residents. We also reduce waste.
Transportation Assistance
Transportation assistance helps families sustain their livelihoods with gas cards, bus passes, or car repairs.
Rent and Utility Assistance
FISH helps residents avoid eviction and/or utility shut-off so they have safe, warm shelter.
Family Resource Center Services
FISH works directly with families to help them become self-sufficient and financially stable. Staff at FISH provide support, guidance, and referrals to our many community partner agencies.
“Break From Hunger” Mobile Food Pantry
Join FISH and Community Food Share on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month for the mobile food pantry at a NEW location – Broomfield Commons Sports Complex (13200 Sheridan Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80020). The new pantry hours will be 9:30 am – 11:30 am through the end of October, and then 11 am – 1 pm starting in November. Families can receive supplemental food and learn about community resources.
